- Only wild salmon passes through this shop. Tokishirazu, sockeye, Nanbu-hanamagari shiobiki, extra-dry sockeye. The lineup changes with the season and the catch.

- Cash only.
- Can the fish be filleted? Is gift wrapping available?
- If you buy a whole fish, they'll cut it into fillets for you. If it's a gift, they'll wrap it in gift paper and noshi. Both services are free.
- What are the hours and closing days?
- Open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Closed Sundays, national holidays, and market holidays. Things often sell out before noon—come early.

- What kind of place is it — and what occasion suits it?
- At the Tsukiji Outer Market, only wild salmon is sold. Tokishirazu, sockeye, Nanbu-hanamagari salt-cured salmon, extra-dry sockeye—each season and species read and sourced accordingly. The shop opens at six in the morning, laying out that morning's selection on ice. It's an easygoing spot for an everyday meal — no special occasion needed.
